I can't be sure what happened here, but sometimes authors change movie/company/real life actor's names because of the possibility of being sued. Some of the most common changed/omitted names are Amazon and Dragon Ball Z. Although Dragon Ball Z's name is usually just omitted while they reference the super saiyan transformation.

Sorry, if you already knew this, just wanted to make sure.
