A while ago I always thought that the girl who won will be apparent in earlier chapters in most manga. I guess I didn't looked hard enough.

Usually these stories just have the first girl to meet the MC win because it's simpler I guess, but here the one who won was the first one to actually see the MC. Sure that was quickly followed by her kicking the shit out of him and screaming at him, but she actually saw him as a person and not a faceless monster
