"go-/o- (御)" is also a honorific prefix,
but while I think I've heard someone say "o-baka" before, because "o-" can be used to almost anything,
I don't think anyone has ever said just "go-hannin" before.
the use of only "go-" + noun usually means "your (something)"
so saying "go-hannin" is like saying "your criminal"
