I feel like I've seen more "I was reborn as the Villainess in an Otome Game" style comics, than I have "I was born as the Heroine of a Otome Game".
And quite a few are basically the same premise, where the 'twist' is basically the hobby or job that the isekai'd person had, like;

"I've been isekai'd into a harem romance, but I'm the Villainess? However I was a race-car driver in my past life, and will outrun the bad end!"

However, this one is even more schlocky than that - like, why is she just so conveniently getting powers out of nowhere because she knows sumo? Let's assume she got a 'job' and has magic because of it... why did she know to go underground into the dungeon?... This is trash!
And though this may be trash, you can call me a garbage-can, because I'm going to read this anyway.
