I'm gonna level with you; of Shakespeare's works, I have never read Macbeth, nor seen any play adaptations.

I can only recall (mostly bits and pieces of): A Midsummer Night's Dream, Taming of the Shrew, Hamlet, Antony and Cleopatra, Romeo and Juliet

We're all taking about which Shakespearean character is the most simped, but what about the character that's the exact opposite?

I vote for Hamlet (the Prince, not the King) as the character that's the most based/red-pilled.
Consider:

>Only trusts Horatio, everyone else is a piece of shit

Macduff's son from macbeth is pretty redpilleed too. He pisses off a guard by shaming his ugly look. He then lets the guard kill him and the entire story just drops dead when the only good character dies. Hamlet pretty based ngl.

the latter of which sounds like a goddamn roast (which ironically is the complete opposite of the actual intention).

Marc Antony does do some rather large roasting in that speech in the most indirect way possible.

Ironically, it's actually less intense than what happened in the real world if the sources are to be believed. Let's just say by the end of the real world speech, Cassius would have most likely pissed himself.
