option to hide read chapters on follow list

My follow list is huge and cluttered, but I'm always trying to make progress in cleaning it down. Having the option to remove chapters that are read would help me quickly target those I need to work on.

In the sticky thread "Planned and Rejected Features: Read Beforehand", the planned feature "Sort (follows) by unread chapters" would probably fix your problem just fine.
