Option to specify what shows up in the "updates" section. [Already Implemented]

I really only want to see updates for the manga I'm currently reading. Including updates from manga I've dropped or plan to read clogs up the feed and makes me hesitate recording manga I've dropped in general.

Sorry just learned I can change what notifications I receive, which fixes my problem
