I like the concept, but it feels like the pace is set to turbo. Not sure how to feel about it

Things escalated so quickly, almost feels like : "You're too weak, comeback to me with your best improvements"

Pacing is way off. It moves from one outrageous thing to the next, completely unlike a person would normally act. Only good thing is the art.

It's trying harder than most ln trash but in the end... the way prople act, the way the storybeats flow... can't escape its terminal light-novelitis and it's not even an adaptation. That's just how badly saturated the industry is now.
yeah. It had a few interesting ideas and whatnot at the start but quickly settles into the generic mediocrity of comedically bad villains and shallow characters. The art is both good and bad imo, with some panels looking dynamic and great and others kind of wonky. A cut above the usual slop, I'd say.

Art is insanely good so initially I stuck around for that but man, the writing and the characters are uniquely trash.

I do mean "uniquely trash" in the sense that it has plenty of original ideas. As the story unfolds it is revealed those ideas are original not because the author is uniquely insightful but instead because they were dumb enough everyone else decided not to use them.

Arguably worse than generic copy pasted isekai.

People truly have special eyes...or something.

The sketch-like art style is messy to the point of it being chicken scratch. Like a rough draft of a manga, but they just published it and said the cover art will sell. It legitimately hurts my eyes and backgrounds are illegible. I feel lost, like where the heck are they??

I'm with you on this. I don't see what "good art" other see.
It's kinda easy to throw AI accusations nowadays, and I don't want to do that, but at the same time there are a bunch things that don't make sense for a human to do in the way this is "inked". Lines thickness, textures and amount of details are all over the place, clothes folds are especially aggravating.
Granted, they've been an artist since way before AI was a thing, but they've always been amateurish and inconsistent (imo), browsing through their pixiv show some blatant anatomy crimes and flat compositions right next to complex poses and perspectives.
All in all I don't know what to make of this artist. I'm not saying they're using AI, but wouldn't be surprised if they were. If they're not I'd love to see their process though, to know how they end up with such a mess on the page.
