I'm assuming that Analia couldn't see Haru's eyes clearly both due to choosing not to look too closely and, more importantly, because of how dark it was whenever she looked at Haru. Hard to ignore someone's face when the sun is shining directly on it, I suppose, and as Analia mentioned Haru had a strong sense of determination in her eyes that reminded her of the late emperor. Still seems kinda odd how she just switched like that, but maybe that's the power of Haru's blood combined with Haru showing proof that her mother did indeed love the emperor in the form of the ring. I'm glad that Haru in universe at least addressed the sudden change and how uncomfortable it was, cause if she just ignored it and glossed over it I would have to start doubting Haru's intelligence.

Edit: Ah, right. Forgot Haru was also blindfolded most of the times Analia actually spoke to her directly, so no wonder she couldn't see Haru's eyes. Went to check the previous chapter for a separate reason and only then remembered the blindfold.

@Svelandria +1 on what you said. But however, her only goal was to eliminate Haru's mother out of her own personal jealousy, and this extended to Haru herself. With that jealousy gone, and seeing that she does indeed have her father's eyes and dragons following her, then her "defection" is understandable. Actually, she wasn't really on the secretary-general's camp, just tagged along for convenience's sake.

What I wanna know instead is what happened to the other two, Sol and Olga. Unlike Analia, they were specifically following the orders of that secretary-general.

@sagefox As Haru seemed to allude to in this chapter, it seems like the two of them are mostly just playing around. I believe that Analia is their superior on this particular mission, so as long as she was hostile they'd continue to be. However, none of them had any true intention of killing Kuronagi, they just wanted him to come home, even by force. It was simply that the Secretary-General's orders coincided with that desire, and they just so happened to enjoy fighting with Kuronagi. Also, when Haru arrived it wasn't just Analia that was looking at her. They likely saw her eyes as well, and more importantly they seemed to react positively to the authority she had emitted when she told them they can't play with Kuronagi because he's hurt. Page 5 and 6 seems to be the turning point for Analia, and page 7 is the turning point for Sol and Orga after they are basically indirectly told to stand down by Haru.

@Svelandria Yeah, I agree on your points there. Although I doubt the eye thing for the other two, rather I think it was more that she was able to command dragons, which only the emeperor was able to do. Don't remember which chapter it was, but I'm sure it was mentioned in an earlier chapter.
I doubt really the eye thing because it was the mages and Analia who experienced the steel gaze of Haru and not those two.

The knights should be killed because of treason. They tried to kill the daughter of the late King who they swore loyalty to.

@sagefox Regarding Sol and Olga, it was more explained in the novel how they stopped being hostile (I don’t remember the details as I read it awhile ago). If you noticed in previous chapters each time they met Haru she was either hooded or had a blindfold on which did not allow them to have a closer look on her features which resembles the emperor. However in this chapter they had a full look on her face as well as they saw the face that resembles the previous emperor having a sad/worried look which made feel uncomfortable and willing to help. These two factors with the fact that they didn’t bother much with the mission in the first place lead to them easily giving up on the orders given to them and approve of her as their ‘master’

@Ree_chan : There's also a chance that her draconian lineage effect is on spiritual level.
Where the draconians (and dragons in general it seems) feel the desire to serve/worship the royal bloodline.
"Like how a knife love a steady hand, or how a bird love flight" it's not a romantic feeling but just the feeling that "this is where I belong"/ "Y E S"

Analia was dominated by her jealousy of Haru's mother, but maybe even she also felt the effect that's why she didn't just kill Haru right away despite all the things she spoke.
It's just that Haru is usually being timid so she hasn't exert her dominance until the situation demands it, and once she do the dragons felt it.

Also back in ch 7 Analia felt Haru's glare through the blindfold (even the vigilante guy next to her)

To be honest, it was dumb that she completely 180s. I mean, I hated her when she hated the child just because of her mother, but this just makes things worse.
