It's a mystery how the empire can still keep standing at all. It has a whole bunch of people doing whatever they want, totally out of the empire's control. Even that loser Areno was still a knight commander, yet he was randomly killed by Rei. The empire won't do anything about it. If a minister was killed, the empire still wouldn't react. I don't even remember if there is a living emperor. Probably not. Rei must have killed him as an inconvenience years ago. How can such a country keep running? Every single minister, that's still alive, is also doing their own things, like the doofus hanging around Rei. It's a rotten house of cards that will collapse sooner or later, regardless of the demon princess acting or not.
