According to previous chapters those skills are supposed to belong in one person. The MC is that "Chosen One", but since the class was transported too they inadvertently stole the other powers from him.

The question is, does he have a limit on powers he can absorb that were not originally supposed to be his?

The way I see it, it's the difference between eating various things to make them a part of yourself, or just stabbing and stitching things onto your body to make them a part of you.

I think what the Demon Princess is saying is that Absorption has no real limit to it. That's what makes it so very special - that not only can you get skills without killing people, but you also have no real limit to it.
It's the perfect skill for someone who is supposed to be the hero of a world. You get skills simply by being in close proximity to them. In a pinch, you depower the big bad, take his whammy, and use it against him while he's vulnerable.

Whereas killing people for their skills... I imagine that whatever deity is on charge set this world up this way precisely because of people like Onizuka. So that even though they wind up causing great harm in their pursuit of power, the problem will eventually solve itself when they go all Tetsuo. (Warning! Serious body horror behind that link! It's basically an animated version of what's going on with Onizuka, only cranked to 11.)

Or, the way they absorb skill is not good, since Onizuka forcefully take other skills and just slap it into Onizuka body, different with MC Using absorbing skill take/ copy the others skill and make it his own.

This is starting to get interesting. I wonder if the author has any more reveals to make about the world and how it works. Hopefully now more of the class will be open to avoiding the kingdom's influence on them since they've nearly died to a corrupt politician/noble (learning the kingdom has access to hero-killing tech in the process), lost several classmates to infighting, and are now watching the worst person originally transported with them duke it out with someone they intended to abandon in a dying state.
