I would have like a better ending, but it certainly could have been worse that this, I’m content, if not quite satisfied.

I'm not sure why so many people are upset with this ending. It was abrupt and promised/teased more but it had a pretty satisfying ending so it wasn't 100% "buy the LN" like some I've read. The characters actually had growth, even in this chapter.

There have been series that were just manga and not based on something that ended worse than this.
