@urtoast while the zoom-in and caressing of his scar in that panel probably is meant to mean that, its not wrong to say that they can crush him any time they wish. He acted as either an equal or subordinate to the other ppl in that room, and so even if he might lose in a fight against the guy, it is obvious they could just gang up on him. Even more so as the thing he said during his fight, "all my stored up power", suggested that even killing a single one of them would leave him very weakened. I would be surprised if they took more than 2 or 3 deaths if they went to crush him while he is at the castle, and I doubt even 2 if they targeted him during his human world trips.

Yeah, seems like an axe, same as with maou sounanchuu, which is a shame because just like that one I was kinda enjoying it, the contrast of a demon lord doing mundane things was entertaining enough.

@Feha Since Eugene/Yuuji is still quite young, he probably has more room to grow in strength. Especially where Mist's wellbeing is concerned. Nothing screams insane power boost like endangering a protagonist's waifu.
