Glad, I'm not the only one who felt the same way while reading this part (in both the novel and now the manga).

Hinagi may be remorseful and desperate to make amends for how badly she fucked up in the past, but this primarily reads as her trying to seduce him in order to smooth over how immature, selfish, and manipulative she was in trying to get him to confess.

She may not realize it (which would be in-character lol) but that doesn't change the fact that this is not what a sincere apology, to someone whose feelings and well-being you are putting before your own, looks like.

I've been using Google Translate image mode to translate the Brazilian Portuguese translation. It works acceptably on European languages for personal use when there's no other option. It's not human translation quality of course and it's crap on Japanese.
