On some comments the dude mentioned he considered removing all his translations to incentivise other better quality groups/people to translate those parts. So now my assumption is purely - he removed them himself.

Also the "new" group who redid the 14th chapter, said they will redo also the 7 to 13 before they do anything after 14 (afaik there isn't more yet)

Lol no she is very much to blame lol rather then being a reasonable adult and let him work out his feelings normally she kept stepping in. The stuff with Hinagi and shiori was kid stuff that with time he could have gotten over his sister almost killing him and his mom's neglect is another thing in itself. She was just plan selfish and kept wanting to inject herself into his life to the point where he can't actually heal normally.
