Truly baffling shit. According to the spoilers, this could be solved by saying exactly two sentences, but she just... won't. She is apologizing for an injury she refuses to name and he isn't aware of. It seems like everyone around him except her is an awful person, but she's more infuriating than the actual shitheads because God (the author) has cursed her to wander the earth unable to explain a very simple misunderstanding (one where she was even victimized).
