If I remember correctly the story becomes quite similar to what Makeine does - every girl who ‘cursed’ him becomes a losing heroine. I really hope Goddess senpai wins though

I think you guys are reading bad the story, MC isn´t even mad at all this girls/women, he even thinks that all that has happen to him is he own fault, thats why it looks like mc forgives them too easily

I'm confused...how did this girl even betray him?
She confessed, he said to wait until after the tournament, but then it looks like she stumbled and he got injured protecting her...how is that her fault? Is there more to it than that?
The first girl at least I can kinda understand sorta since she basically used her senpai confessing to her to try to get the MC to actually fucking do something instead of be a robot, but it backfired terribly

Tbh I really think mc has to forgive- no one "deserves" forgiveness but people can come to understand the consequences of their actions and feel regret. By not forgiving he's trapping himself and everyone in the past when it's clear they would all make different choices if they could. It's like he has a bunch of pride that refuses to forgive or something. it's weird.
