Yukito's weirdness rubbed on her. Her appearance alone suprised this already diverse group of people, but she came with "You see, as a goddess, I can’t overlook the fact that my adorable, adorable believer is in trouble" which she quickly regret.

So, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, this absolutely absurd series of events that somehow gradually pushed him towards wanting to live with hope in his heart again has likely done more good than any amount of legitimate therapy could’ve done before, because he simply would not have allowed it or entertained a better future for himself

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like he's going back and forth on his "moving on and getting better". Like his childhood friend (Suzurikawa?) literally got naked and climbed on top of him, and I'm pretty sure at that point he was like "I realise now that she truly does love me." But then this chapter he's back to "Nobody would care if I'm gone, actually they want me to go."
