FMC's sister drugged and attempted to rape MC out of jealousy but FMC "caught them" in the act mid way. She promptly took her sisters side, didn't believe and shit on the MC for a good while until sister confessed under pressure. That's where most of his initial resentment suppose to be stems from. This info however dropped in the very last part of the novel and after that it just ends with something like "and lets be careful about your sister next time". THE END

TF?! I was not expecting that. Im happy that they never showed that in the manga (or at least i don't remember them showing any hint of that in the manga). That would've been such a tone shift.

We did get a hint that something is amiss with her family because she apparently lives alone in that apartment and we never saw her parents or mention of a sister. It's certainly there.

Missed the point where their "friction" started because her family hated him and her sister raped him because she was jealous.

Nevermind what I wrote before. I read the novel for a bit and she's actually from a distant village so she only lives alone in the city. She's doing image change in highschool because she actually wears glasses and have black hair before.

Also the bomb really dropped in chapter 25 from 26 chapters and 3 bonus chapter. And it's treated as just footnote. The sister is actually siscon too.

The ''save the fmc from dying to rekindle our love'' plot was such an asspull. How do you see a rail crumbling from far away and the girl doesnt notice shit and decide that the only way to not have the girl die is running towards the lighthouse, running up a certain amount of stairs, running towards her to pull her back the exact moment before she falls to her death.

All this could've been prevented if he just shouted "STEP BACK!" but this author decided the only way for them to get back together is a life and death situation, and reading from comments that the author pulled a "sister raped me but i am still at fault" for them to divorce, it makes sense. This whole story made no sense from beginning to end. No wonder it had only 10 chapters.
