It's actually quite good - they have decent adventures, each character feels like actual beeing and girls from former hero's party have they own backstories, the mc is not hardcore virgin but understands, that he needs to tend to his sexual urges; dialogues feels thought-through, the art is unique enough and works good with occasional slapstick comedy.

Sure, there cliches and everyone praise mc to the heavens, but that kind of thing is kinda comes with the territory.
Also technically there is harem, but it's not like every single female wants to get married with mc. From the start there is strong suggestion just to one girl and others are kinda part of comedy or they appear so rarely, that it doesn't even matter.

No he was expecting than hero himself is liability. So he planted two people inside, one to ensure mission would go smoothly despite his flaws and other one, if thing go sour.

Hm, not bad for an 'exiled from the party' manga.
The author has some intelligence and adds small details and worldbuilding rather than rely entirely on tired tropes.

I give it a 7/10.
It's good enough, it just hasn't got any really memorable plot points or iconic characters to make it stand out to elevate it to an 8; the closest one is the thief girl.

There's another manga that does it much better. The MC is kicked because he is factually a liability, and the team worries he'll get killed. No bad blood.
Then deus ex machina and he gets a powerup out of nowhere, which isn't exactly good writing, but still better than this.

I can't understand the Japanese obsession with making protagonists as idiotic as this one. There's a difference between being naive and being stupid, but this author, who's probably stupid, managed to make the protagonist both, and even to an extreme, besides giving him so few action scenes because he's always like, "Oh, I'm weak because my ability activates on its own, I can barely lift a sword (the guy who carried all the team's bags)."

• The protagonist's development is null and void, and he seems more like a bystander
• The concept of ranks is poorly explained and extremely poorly done
• The protagonist is so dumb and naive that everyone makes a fool of him
• Uses fanservice to keep the viewer engaged for a few chapters, at best, because he's incapable of developing anything coherently.

Like, the writing in this story is incoherent and poor because they have to follow their cultural concept, which, besides being extremely idiotic, is super repetitive and doesn't make the story stand out at all when the author is incompetent.

This, this is what happens. Their men are a bunch of herbivores, or confused men that like other feminine men, traps or just cucks. And their women are bi or lesbians, no in between, since most of not all of their women had a "experience" phase at some point where they went lesbo.
