Going to need some autoload feature when he's about to die. What if he's unable to use his arms?

Yikes, that's a steep difficulty slope. From murderer right up to organised crime. Not that drugs (or other similar business) were overly surprising though, money usually doesn't materialize out of thin air after all.
I don't see why selling and making heroine contradict each other but oh well. Once again he gets killed for being horny and following a woman into her trap. Keep in mind resets come at a price and his inventory gets wiped (or only restored to last save?) and he should be broke in no time.
I really hope the difficulty tiers aren't simply for the gravity of the crime, because in that case A must be some genocidal world domination plan...
