I just checked, and the group isn't locked here on MangaDex (meaning you don't need to be a member of the group to upload their chapters).
So, theoretically, you could go get those chapters from Mangasushi's website and upload them here on mangadex to fill out that gap. Just be sure to include the group's credit pages if you do, and to credit Mangasushi on the upload.

I think you just get a hold of the images for the pages (in this case that'd probably just mean downloading the stuff from Mangasushi's site), click the upload button on the manga's main page (the little up arrow button next to the report button), and then go through the guided process. I've never done it myself, but I did click on it just now and went through it (up to right before the point of actually uploading), and it looks pretty straightforward.

Basically just select the group to upload under and then, on the next screen, you just add the chapter and volume numbers (ignore the chapter name field, since this manga doesn't use them), select "English" for the language, and then upload the images to the indicated area, and then just click "Upload" and you're good.
