To those confused about Ramy's gender, it is only translation error (i.e. lack of PR) for this chapter.
I checked the raws and as usual in Japanese language, they usually don't use pronouns and refer to someone directly in proper nouns (i.e. by their name) and almost do not use gender-specific pronouns like 'kare' (he/him) or 'kanojo' (she/her) as they are used only on specific context. Hesty just refered to Ramy in the 3rd person which does not have a direct translation to english.
But yeah, the dragons in this isekai have their 'upfront gender' depending on their chosen human form Ramy is certainly supposed to be female (like how Hesty's dragon butler is an aged gentleman).

This all but confirms that Mangasushi is just throwing the series into the MTL lottery and releasing as is so another group doesn't snipe what was once clearly an abandoned project. Plus, to further prove that no love is going into this is that they recently released a censored chapter when the uncensored tankobon was already released a long time ago.

I don't think anyone's confused by the characters. We've had over a hundred chapters to get to know who they are. The issue is that the translators are suddenly so lazy as to not fix the issue. They let those male pronouns slip through probably because the MTL added them automatically with no context for the characters' gender provided to it and they were too lazy/disinterested to properly proofread and quality check the work before they spit it out.

It's also evident in the fact that they can't keep names consistent Hesty spelled with an "i" this chapter when it never has been before, or Ramuros/Ramylos/Ramulos/however they want to spell it being inconsistent over several chapters.

It's entirely about how Mangasushi has become incredibly lazy even while continuing to ask for money for their ever-more-slipshod work.

Honestly,pronoun mix ups aren't even an issue most of the time(they're even used as plot points),since all you have to do is look at the character they're talking with/about/at and make the change in your head.

At the same time,this also makes it easy enough to notice when you put the text into the speech bubble...unless the one doing so was auto-switching it so much in their head they failed to notice.

Not an issue to be worked up about,but also an issue that is more than easy to spot if you know English yourself.

Do you mean 1 page? Because just from the start:
Page 2 2nd to bottom leftside panel:
"He wouldn't wake up, and he was going to be late, so I dragged him here"
Panel right below it:
"Is he still not waking up?"
"He's the type who's slow to react to stimuli, so he'll wake up eventually"

Imo that's a lot of mistakes very quickly, so if you want to argue semantics it's 3 bubbles and 2 panels worth of mistakes. But it's also a mistake that you can clearly see on the page if the person TLing is also looking at anything other the bubbles. This is the kind of mistake MTL makes since it's only looking at the words on the page and not the context to make translations. Like I get it, the noticeable mistakes are done very early and only for a bit, but that's because it's blatantly wrong without needing to read the raws. If things that are blatantly wrong are here there's very likely other stuff that is being incorrectly done as well. Being wrong quickly doesn't make you less wrong imo.
