There's no actual incest in the story but it is about a twisted relationship between a normal 17 year old boy (Kyosuke) and his 14 year old sister (Kirino) who is the actual pervert.

It's interesting in it's premise, while I get that it's a Harem story but the only male characters are Kyosuke and his dad who you rarely see. What you do get is lots of middle schoolers who in the most part are really annoying. Still there's an Anime adaptation, lots of spin-off stories and eroge as well so it must have been popular at one time.
