Now for the most uncomfortable plot line that I can recall from the WN. Time for the younger sister to help out.

She gave him a dose of what is essentially viagra + paralytic. So he is currently painfully erect, and needs to have sex. This should have prevented most guys from realizing the paralyzing portion, but he did take an antidote ahead of time.

His drinking of the antidote helped dull the poison's sting, and he did realize she was likely to try to kill him. He just wanted to see where it was going to go and also level up. If not for the level up, there was a strong possibility he would have died here.

I believe I recalled most of that correctly.

Considering how quickly the little sister (if that's her) decided to barge into the room, either the older sister is amazingly strong and pretty fast at hauling off bodies and hiding bloodstains, the little sister somehow has no idea what her older sister has been up to at this point despite the establishment and came over on a whim, or she's been helping to move the bodies and is an accessory to murder.
