I for one am shocked that people transform into hot, sexy girl versions of themselves would want to stay that way.

Its very conveniet that no one turns ugly when they switch sexes. But ig this mangas hasnt really ever portrayed a character like that so thats just the norm lol.

They also accidentally did a lore drop there, Kou-chan is a loli form because the TS was as a late teenager instead of like everyone else, who did it as kids and “grew into” their teenage girl forms.

Interesting take, its also my guess as to why but i dont think that thats what is meant here, rather a joke on the whole japanese "spring=youth" thing, seeing as it seem to be a joke going by koichis reaction.

It is still a bit weird to me that people who have experienced this sudden change try to force it onto koichi against his will this often, youd tink they would understand how something like this could be uncomfortable or take time to adjust to, they seem very insensitive. Though i guess they all seem to take it rather lightly in the first place so they dont even wanr to take into account how hes feeling? Idk, i might just be overthinking a comedy manga as usual.

If anything, comedy is one of the more important things to overthink sometimes lol. It's good to think carefully about why X is funny and thus whether it's a hate crime, for example. Especially since I agree that we're not even talking much about gender dysphoria at all, which would definitely be a part of the big decision for everyone suffering from the TS disease. Instead, all the cast members seem to be varying degrees of genderfluid and that might include Kouichi (as a charitable take).
