like in recent chapters Shiki starts going out with vtuber friends and spoiler, he talks more often with Akari, they talk secretly behind the school about vtubing and friend watches this with binoculars, grows jealous, and one day while Shiki is out with vtuber friends Kagechika can't contact him, so he waits for him in front of his house all day while it's raining and inquires him about where he was and what he was doing. however he confesses about the binoculars and says that he won't lose to Akari and that he wants to be the one who knows the most about Shiki because he's special to him.

So I think he's not bad, just gay and doesn't know how to express it.
