If you've read any of Trapped in an Otome Game with its constant Yuri pushing. You will find the author is a fan of... unconventional relationships.

Are those relationships unconventional? Maybe fifty years ago. Perhaps it's now unconventional to write a nominally hetero romance story, but then use every opportunity to install homosexual innuendo into it. That seems like something an author would have done a hundred years ago when outright homosexual material wouldn't have been published so easily if at all (it was, in fact, still in a crime in many countries), so the authors would have written regular romance at a first glance, but those who know would have recognised the real deal was between the master and his wrangler, not the master and his fiancée.

I really hope this isn't gonna turn with her liking it and wanting to join in this girl really needs to be punished this kind of behavior is disgusting. No I dont mean the general act of shipping and making fanfic as long as the characters are fictional it is fine but this would be the equivalent of a real person making porn of their real friends without permission.

Aren't you answering your own question, though? She's not actually Liam's friend. She's exploiting him for her own fantasies, not caring one bit about his feelings or wishes. That's not within the definition of a friend. She can't really be called a swindler because her aim is not to make profit, but she's definitely not a real friend either. If she was a friend, she would try to help Liam with his goals, within reason.
