The main character sucks. He's a manlet obsessed with revenge and acting evil for the sake of it. Nothing he achieves is by skill, it's all set up by the being that reincarnated him and the AI he lets make practically every important decision for him.

Read it because sci-fi Isekai are woefully understocked. Don't expect a masterpiece and you'll have some fun.

If you take this serious, you will be disappointed.

The MC and the main villain are both dense. You will like it If you expect something silly, like KonoSuba.
It could have been a nice SciFi-KonoSuba for real, but it falls immensely short in regards SciFi:

For me (who likes to play city/(space)empire building games) the pacing is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fast.
Territory development depiction: 0/10
Technology development depiction: 1/10 (so far)
Space battle depiction: 0/10

Bruh that's disappointing, I really only read space mangas so I can see battlecruisers flank colossal dreadnoughts while cruisers hammer each other with artillery or a wolfpack of frigates and corvettes rip apart a battleship. So far a grand total of zero mangas or animes have done this yet.

Every spaceship is a big single cannon, the space battles not only ain't depicted most of the time but the space battles themselves doesn't make sense.
Oh, the MC got a dreadnought! It's simply bigger, and still a big cannon.

There are space-mechs (the single use of magic so far in universe) just to make a few slash and switch to human sized power armor.

100% the author only knows how to write big but can't actually draw to match the scale. Throwing around ludicrous numbers like 30,000 battleships was the redflag for me.

If you can only consider the literal interpretation of people's statements rather than what they're actually attempting to convey you need to touch some grass.
