From what I read:

Spoiler: Future chapters

Ch 38: new school year, MC and Satou in the same class. Mai entered the same school, and it was revealed she knew the other dude.

Ch 39: the other dude told MC about their past. MC then discussed with Saitou saying he wanted to help them repair their relationship. Saitou suggested a double date.
And this is where MC brought up that he knew Saitou = Hiiragi.

She was like, "How did you know that I (Saitou) knew Mai?"
MC replied, "Of course I knew from part time job, Hiiragi-san ."
Then cute arguments ensued, and they both apologized for hiding it.

Honestly very disappointing.

Ch 40 & 41: the double date. I can't read the chapters yet because I'm waiting for the free daily.

Ch 42: back at school. Apparently someone saw MC and Saitou on a date.
Typical classmate confrontation. MC then admitted they have been dating.
Next day, MC went to school in his part time job style to kill the bad rumors.
The manga ended with them talking in a park then kissing.

I wish we get more.
