She is a knight and compare to wearing armor with only shirt judging from the first chapter she is wearing , the bra would be comfortable in comparison. Her comment about her back being straight validate this. Her body would also be tougher or at least magically buffed so that would be no big deal. Those magical buff or body could be the reason why she could tolerate wearing armor with only undershirt. Also the undershirt shown at the first chapter is too thin to be worn with armor and those are not comfortable even for guys so magical buffing is a high possibility. The undershirt in the middle part of it have exposed skin and short sleeve that would likely touch armor itself and that is uncomfortable and high chance of wounds as she move around and that is just moving around(higher wound chance in battle).
