BTW, in case you didn’t get the joke / Daikanyama (代官山) is a fairly boughie area in western Tokyo (already considered the more prosperous side). For an equivalent American reference It’ll be like asking if Brooklyn Heights is really higher or if Beverly Hills is really a hill.
