lol @ people calling the hospital arc "drama filler arc". The author took the effort to show what might happen if a reverse-isekaier appeared in our world and the government started to get involved. Also, it made the MC develop some feeling for the knight girl. Actually this arc was necessary, the story was going nowhere. Some interaction with the outside world was necessary.

So intro arc ends. I love how much author did here. It's not a slow life series, as much as some readers want. It's mainly a drama, about the consequences of a reverse isekai. Pretty cool too with the research author done on it. Never would I thought I'd hear some of the diseases that plague my country (even now in small cases) to be mentioned in a manga.
