Even though it's Japan, there are at least 5 other people in that room and it's their workplace. The company is fucked if they let a employee get beat up in their grounds. So I don't know if "Moyupu" is a coward and only violent with women or just plain insane and wants to be arrested.

But yeah, while in the hospital, Yumezora's doctors should recommend her to seek mental health and treat her drug addiction issues at least.

The fight will probably take place outside of the office, and the coworkers wont do shit after they learn that Gomi has been doing it with the girl everyone has been sexually harassing without being able to hit, in fact, it would be weird if they don't gang on Gomi after the husband is done with him, specially when it is clear that the one that rat Gomi out to the husband was one of his coworkers

Matter of fact, this scandal can cost him his job, it is adultery and an office romance, the ass beating aside, the company has no duty to protect or keep Gomi

Yumezora should get professional help, but she will never do it because she is convinced that her logic is how the world operates

Yumezora's heart is so closed, Gomi's words can't reach her. Not he'd be able to have the right words to say, he doesn't really connect to her in any meaningful way, all they have together is sex. This situation is the first time Gomi gets a glimpse of Yumezora, but he got swept in her pace; "Let's break up" => "Love means nothing" => "Can you really prove that you love me, when you were happy to accept friends with benefits?". Gomi just panicked and responded in reaction, he didn't really look at Yumezora, how weird her belief is, to notice maybe, she didn't have a really good past to think the way she does (well he does know her husband is violent but he doesn't seem to process it yet).

And then we have the husband directly accusing Gomi of having an affair. I don't think he'll handle the situation well, his life will tumble down for sure. He can't lie his way out when his hostile coworker will rat him out for sure. I wonder how Gomi will proceed? Since it implicate both Yumezora and him, he may try to protect her by accusing the husband of being bad to her but it'll just backfire I assume, the husband will be convinced Yumezora did cheat with this guy who came to know their private situation, and for Gomi's workplace, being outed as homewrecker is probably not viewed favorably.

HOLY FUCK! Can we please rate this manga 10/10 to get it to 6.5 at least? It's so good that when I see an update I can always be sure that I will not be left indifferent. Come on, there's a ton of undeserving manga that is getting 8s and 9s and this masterpiece is at 6.33 currently.

The people infantilising Yumezora by claiming that she has no agency and is not responsible for anything she does are so delusional.
You heard it there, she knows what she's doing and she's known from the start , right when she asked to be friends with benefits she had no intention of ever leaving her husband , and his supposed abuse is infact something she likes to provoke every now and then to feel some excitement.
This is her routine.
Refusing to see shitty people like Yumezora as responsible for any of the selfish, cruel decisions they make doesn't actually help them in the long run.
This is misplaced, toxic empathy that enables anti-social behaviour and withholds accountability from those who need it most.

BTW , the correct answer to the question, if a woman ever asks "do you just want to fuck me" or something like that is "I want to fuck you and make you my wife and have kids with you"
It's totally ok to primarily want someone because they're hot, as long as you want them enough to marry and have kids with them.

Am I right in thinking that in Japan you can sue someone for infidelity? But is leaving a love hotel good enough evidence in a japanese court? they could claim that they went to the hotel just to have a therapy/counselling session or something

what the heck? Is this a hospital or a prison? visitors should be allowed to visit someone recovering from a stomach pump for as long as the patient wants as long as it doesn't go into the evening.

I've met a lot of people like Kuroko and it saddens me how much abuse will ruin someone's life. She was right to push Gomi away when she is basically having a meltdown. However, Gomi needs to understand she has to battle her own demons. No one can save her except herself and if she wants to take his hand.

Kuroko is right. All he wanted was someone to fuck and not it being love. This means that this is a huge test for Gomi if he can show her that he is always going to wait for her with his love.

What saddens me the most is how she looked so disappointed that she failed taking her own life.....

Many people are missing the fact that, if the husband wants to, he can literally sue Gomi (and Kuroko for that matter) for apology money (慰謝料) due to the way Japanese law works with regards to infidelity.

IF moyupu hits him then he could get sued with all the witnesses there, and the coworkers will probably pull him off.
if moyupu says "talk with me outside" then Gomi should just say "no, I have work to do and we have nothing to talk about because you have the wrong idea. I never did anything to your wife"
If moyupu just waits outside the company until the day ends then leave with your friend.

It doesn't seem likely to me that everyone will turn on Gomi.
Yes they all fancied yumezora but it's pretty common for men to think "kudos, you lucky son of a bitch" . Some will be bitter but others will be bro about it. The fact that they found out Yumezora is married will matter to some of them but others will think "Well it's yumezora who was married. It's not like Gomi knew her husband or owed anything to him. "

What's the evidence for this? As far as we know , when he said that he loved Yumezora the first time he had every intention to marry her.
If all he wanted was someone to fuck then I'd expect to either see him think something like "I can't wait to fuck her for a while then bounce" or become noticeably less interested and invested in yumezora after first having sex with her.

To be honest, while I don't think Gomi can fight, the husband seems like he's only tough with women so it's a toss up who would come out on top of it comes to blows.

She values people who don't leave her no matter what versus people who say they love her, because saying you love someone is shallow, anyone can say that, but staying with someone through thick and thin, that's a much more daunting task for a woman like her.
