could you please add original language option in mangadex settings, so you can only see manga with certain original language in homepage. thank you

This feature is already something the developers have "planned" for a while, as per this post.
It will likely be implemented with the next major site upgrade which is still quite a long way away. But it will happen at some point within the next [unknown period of time].
