If childhood friend girl was going to know about Lily's speech pattern anyway then why not have this plot point happen earlier when Lily, her brother, and Akutsu were discussing behind the school? That way, the plot point where this girl partially heard their conversation isn't wasted to amount to nothing. If this manga ever gets adapted into anime then I hope they will fix some of the writing flaws.

This is the truth, she just basically saw them "colluding" but overheard nothing, she just assumed she had increased her arsenal in the war lol

I'm with Ayano in this one, it's pretty gross that the brother is a siscon (and a lolicon, apparently), when he was an active participant in Lily's abuse. She was terrified the moment he reared his ugly head
