Probably laying low, since they were quite jelly, had a motif to act as a subordinate.

All for one, one for all. Happened once in my class, since some were misbehaving, a stage play was cancelled. Not like it helped, it actually made us distanced towards the culprits.

That letter could've literally been written by anyone to frame glasses girl, the absurd thing isn't the teacher being literally braindead (there are plenty of braindead people irl) it's the fact that the author was trying to imply that her braindead actions are just her being a new and overly motivated graduate when in fact someone gullible enough to believe an anonymous letter full of BS shouldn't have been able to survive on their own thus far, let alone graduate from a teaching school and secure a job.
