Anyway, my prediction (haven't followed what happens in the novel) is that he blows her off, she gets in trouble when the teachers show up, her groupies all bail rather than be associated with her anymore, she's left to struggle getting around daily life alone with a broken leg, and eventually MC and Better Girlfriend take pity on her and help her out, dragging us into whatever happens next.
