This was a nice chapter and I liked it a lot. Glad that Souma was staunch in his stance of "Nah, Hanabi's crazy no matter how you spin it." Wonder if Yukishiro's whole spiel was just the author's way of cutting off the usual criticism that I see pop up from many readers on naoru/kaku when an author goes for strict/harsh punishments (I'll never understand JP's obsession with everything always having to be "harmonious," but cultural differences I guess), or maybe it was an effort to make Yukishiro seem to be even more virtuous/perfect? Either way, I hope the fluff we'll get for the next while will be good enough to justify whatever drama pops up to drive the conflict of this new arc.
PS. The fact that Hanabi's crippling injury was reduced to single panel gave me a good laugh; that leg is gonna be fucked up for a long time, if not for life.
