She did love him but she was showing it the absolute wrong way. Don't act so possessive to the point where you're breaking your significant other down. Keep building them up and let them know just how much you care.

It would be nice to wrap things here, but I guess it won't be that easy LOL
Hopefully, we don't see any more of Hanabi's jockeying from one plot to another.

what? there's more? don't tell me now that homie is happy and set up with his new girlfriend, we will get some extra forced , unnecessary drama drama lol
maybe it will be about him, becoming one of those folk who tour around the country telling people about his trials and tribulations and how your not alone

This is actually a decent point to end this manga.
The abusers got punished and MC got a better gf, it's like all the main problems are already solved.
And you know what that means?
Time to introduce....NEW PROBLEMS!

I think that is realistic than sucks, you need to see it in a bigger picture than judge it easily
In my honest opinion, it sucks because it's realistic. The smartest people usually become idiots when their feelings are involved and this manga shows that in a way anyone who's been in a similar situation both as the abuser and the abused will feel uncomfortable.

Though that's also why I like it. Unrealistic depiction of a very realistic situation.

So according to some readers: the WN only had one volume (I think), but the LN got an extra volume with more stuff not in the WN (I think). So is this next volume gonna be Hanabi trying to win back MC in a genuine manner or is it back to ur regularly scheduled program?

I think this is more realistic if it’s set at an older age tbh because unless I’m misunderstanding it suggests that she been abusive since pre high school and maybe even before that. This begs the question of if any of the parents knew about it because if they did then she would not be as bad as she is. Given that they the story presents them as knowing each other from a fairly young age and also implies that the girls actions have been happening for a while. It concerns me that there is no mention of the parents relevant to what’s happening and baffles me to how the girl became so horrible without either family noticing. To be honest I think this is a general issue with the horrible childhood friend trope as it often doesn’t really make much sense.
