I don't disagree with the sentiment, Mangamoz, but I'm pretty sure he didn't slap her across the face, but simply batted her hand away before she could touch him. While the panels on pages 11 & 12 aren't the clearest, I feel like a lot more emphasis would have been given to a face slap.

I think that Shunsuke is disgusted he's having perverted thoughts for Koiwai. He didn't like that other classmates only had an interest in Hinaki for her looks, so even thinking similarly made him cringe and run away.

But Koiwai doesn't know that. All she knows is that her friend suddenly ran away from her. I feel for her, she's probably more confused than hurt.
