I think that only happens if they're taken down via DMCA or something. I presume that the group that uploaded them manually deleted them for whatever reason. Maybe at request of the author?

This series was axed, but the artist is continuing it as a doujinshi and there's already new versions of chapters 1 and 2 out. An English version is available on pixiv, so please follow it there if you want to read beyond this series. The translated chapters will not be uploaded to Mangadex, per the author's instruction.
