There is a mangadex entry for the updated version and there's a notice whenever a new chapter drops on PIXIV. We got one just recently.

I think the novel has been finished for a long time now, and the manga will keep going as an independent project by the artist (and Fanbox supporters, of course). Yeah, the story is not that amazing, but still very fun to read. And for the boy being treated badly here, well, this is a Yuri plot about a girl unintentionally stealing the male MC roles, so don't expect the author to be nice to him. At least all the girls here respectfully treat him better than most females treat the male MC in other typical harem series.

Fair enough, but they could've just made him background noise instead of just the punching bag, especially, from what I remember is the only male character that even exists in this. Not to mention, the girls are not respectful, they treat him as a nuisance at best, and a creep at worst.

Hell, by the end of the series, the only one of the girls that even stick by him is his little sister, but she talks about it like it's something she's forced to do, do to being related to him.

Not saying he had to go on some multiple layer character arc, but in a series with all women who "broken" out of their "pre-determined video game" paths, and the only male is left to rot in uselessness, not broken free. Feels kinda sus, you feel me?

At least in the latest chapter before getting cancelled show the main girl trying to help the guy by teaching imouto how to cook, so his useless ass won't get starves. If you are really care aboot the male character that much, maybe you should just read other hetero harem with male mc instead, there are plenty of them, y' know?

What are you talking about? That guy is already breaking out of his 'pre-determined video game path.' He's originally supposed to be a harem god in this game but is now a haremless blank slate. Which is intentional, you know that right? These guys are made for dudes to insert as, they almost never have any feats or traits because the player is usually supposed to do all of that for them.

So with no player to handhold him throughout his entire school life, he's just... whatever. The girls at least are based on tropes, so they have some leeway to think for themselves based on their cliche's. The dude? The literal only trait he's given in chapter 1 is that he's useless but gets a harem. Subtract the harem and we're off that 'pre-determined' path now.

Honestly, the fact that this guy even has a trait that isn't player-made is a miracle. Shit barely happens in these games. So if you care about him that much, you should be grateful he's even gotten any screentime. And If you have a problem with this take it up to the harem game market and not the author playing with its tropes.

1. Gal girl see's anyone including the lil sis as a rival to her love for the FeMC and is basically yandere tier, ofc she wouldnt gaf about him.
2.The lil sis realized her love for her bro was surface level, if that mf actually did something that probably wouldve bloomed into something meaningful but we arent in that universe, thus she cares more for the FeMC (an actual human) than him. (chp6 pixiv)
3. The two girls barely respect each other, literally cussing each other out (chp6 pixiv)
