You misunderstand, what I mean is that the auhtor drastically overshot by making it 150kg. If I one day stepped on a scale and suddenly realize I weigh 2 to 3 times what I did before while not looking any different, my first thought wouldn't be "Oh boy I need to lose this weight" it would be "yeah this scale is busted." Like I weigh 106kg, if I one day stepped on a scale and it showed 200 and I looked the same it's the scale not me. Girl didn't even consider that the scale might have been broken. It'd be more believable if it showed, I dunno like 70 or 80kg, but 150 is too much of a stretch.

It's a comedy manga man, I wouldn't think too hard about it. It was probably funnier to add an extra 1 to basically triple her regular weight than to give her a more "realistic" overshot. 'sides, "believable" doesn't particularly apply to this series, when literally the last chapter we had a teacher not only try to outsource her work to a student at the school she works at, but also sleep in a futon in the middle of the hallway, among many other examples.
