I legit forgot that Frill appeared in this manga already.
Though going off how Kaguya looked in that crossover chapter, not enough time for Ishinui, especially since Aka decided to stab my heart out and go Ishimiko.

Frill Shiranui is little sister of Koromo Shiranui, and yes, it's confirmed.
