No, reviving Ai means:

1. The twins must have to cross the 'forbidden boundary' willingly, meaning they must both commit to it. Ruby is more than willing, Aqua is not (as seen in the previous chapter), so no, they can't revive Ai with that.
2. If they are willing to commit, they must do it raw always. Also, Ruby's body must be always 'ready', meaning if they do plap-plap-plap, she can get preggo easily.

And that's how we successfully revive Ai
