Place your bets! Which womb is fertile!Probably a second reincarnation next in the final chapter.
Well, if Aqua really dies, then an entire chapter about the significance and importance of accepting his current identity will be a completely pointless waste of time. Even if he is reborn again. Why, if Aqua as a person dies? He won't be born like Aqua in a new body, that would be weird. Also note that aside from the weird frame with the smile, we are clearly shown that he accepts her words and wants to survive while trying to reject death. Very strange choice of development and messages for a character you want to kill. So, we’re either in for another twist, or I’ll be wrong again, and this time the ending will not only surprise me, but will also really upset me, not only because of his death per se, but also the very bipolar portrayal of it.Well, don't be so sure. He coos often.
I don't know what (real) ending this will get in the end and I'm already tired after two comments about this chapter, but regarding Aka as an author, I would say that he seems to be the type of writer who knows how well create and spin things, but not complete them. There are authors who have a great beginning and ending, but poor content (Seo Koji, hi), but Aka seems to have big problems, if not with the ending itself, then at least with the correct writing of it. If you've read Kaguya, you'll remember how some aspects of the ending may have sounded good or interesting on paper, but were completely strange or frustratingly executed in the final chapters.creatively bankrupt
what in the fuck happens to Aka near the end of his series? ive never been an omega fan of his, but is undisputable that both Kaguya's and Oshi no Ko's act 1 and 2 are strong, really good, and both drop massively in quality and consistency in the third act
and now with OnK he has no excuse of being tired of drawing... im just so dissapointed, but well, ill just never read a series he's involved in, and if the anime adapts everything ill stop watching after the "incest" arc
madge that this became so bad, but its not the end of the world, i have at least another 100 series to read
Yeah, there is too many characters for this to have any impact. A tragic ending needs a strong pairing and build-up for the readers to really feel it. Two chapters for the Kana/Akane/Ruby harem to react?
He already did, not many chapters agoAt the very least I gotta respect an author who doesn’t go for a fake out death.
I thought this chapter meant he was proper dead but I swear with you saying that and everything about how similar Aqua looks to his dad I'm now wondering if it was actually the dad's bodyAkane does state that they found Aqua's dead body already.
So, unless someone managed to find a Aqua duplicate, kill that person and substituted the body, Aqua being dead is finale.
Have to now see what the last 2 chapter do.
Akane would probably reject any romantic advances saying her heart is already takenAqua gonna reincarnate and marry Akane in her late 30s or 40s while he's in his early 20s or smth
