Dropping a 100+ chapter manga right at the end would leave a bad taste in my mouth, so I'm afraid I'm contractually obligated to.

In all seriousness, it seems like the translator decided to call this chapter 167 on his own. It's an extra in the last volume. I think it might just be saying "here's what the last arc was called" rather than "there will be a new arc, with this name". If the manga was actually continuing, it wouldn't still be marked as complete on MangaPlus.
