Wonder if this is calling out Oda (One Piece) since I've read how he can be demanding and how some of his editors have PTSD from working with him. He's a great mangaka and I love the story, though I worry about his team with all the stress/expectations from fans around the world and how demanding the industry is in general.

Likely, young genius getting a hit debut manga in their early twenties? Pretty much Oda.
Remember Eiji from Bakuman? Also based on Oda.
