If she reported him the story would be over and so that can never happen until there is some dramatic reveal or something like that which will prevent him from actually suffering to consequences.
Author was like "Oh, it'd be fun if she knew his identity early. It'd make for some funny interactions!" and never spared a thought about how/why she wouldn't just expose him and get him arrested right then and there.

They could have had it to where mc found a shrine dedicated to Hina in her home or something and he used it as blackmail to prevent her from talking, but no, not even that. just "Hina wouldn't believe you without proof."

Like yeah, okay. Sure. As if the woman that literally tried to disembowel him yesterday would care about that.

We've already seen a girl with the lux ability to see through falsehoods, so the idea her organization wouldn't be capable of finding out the truth is dumb.

I really hope this is just a thoughtless one off in the story and the writing isn't this bad going forward.
